It also depends if the cylinder is floating or not, like a honda block where a brace gets added to curb expansion and distortion!!

Not talking runx rsi to throw in another enigne would be pointless. in the case its a 140 or 160runx... or if the 2zge calls it quits!! So basically that 3s redtop is fucking strong... and would eat the 20v pretty much

Guys it was done to a 140i Runx in my area, everything was fitting event the stock ecu, it was for sale not so long ago on gumtree for 150k, but that was a 3sgte motor, he had some problems with the box not fitting and moved on to some other 3s box in that rang, but i can give you the guys Mac number, and maybe you can speak to him,
but from my side i dont like the 3s rang setup, so close to firewall and tell me an engine does not rock a little. also no space in engine bay, had to remove the whole radiator to get to some piping and manifold, yo what a job

as far as i know the std ECU of the RSI controles everything on the car, so if fitting a aftermarket ecu then your sh!t wont display like heat guage, aircon wont work, rpm etc etc. Unless whoever done the conversion used the ecu for the engine and done some crazy time consuming wiring loom getting it to function like a factory

it was a 140i runX, changed everything to Rsi , but the owner was complaining about plugs, and getting the right set because of coil packs and sooo on,

There was one at topend a week or two back.
Theo managed to get the gauges and everything working by using the oem ecu in the runx and then another ecu for the engine.
Not impossible, but not the easiest thing either. Thats the problem with new cars, all the freaking electronics.
