Hey Guys

Here one pic I took last night with my phone.

I know the quality is not that great, but julle wil mos dik hou! :lol:

As you can see, its been milled lekker flat & now we just need to get the intake flange sorted & then its the piping that will connect the 2!

Is Marco coming right with the flange sizes, i have the sizes worked out for the ports as i am getting the mounting plate for mine cut, so had to work something out :thumb:

slowly but surely im getting there bro! just dahm busy at work at the moment so trying 2 get free time is difficult! the dimmensions I did get on the net was way of after I drawed it up and made a 1 :1 print. once im done I'll but the dimesions on street racing if there is any on that in the futher want 2 have it cut! Scooby mail me what ever u have, it might help a bit

I only got the one but will send it, i made the holes for the ports .5mm smaller than they are so i can match it :thumb:

Hey D-mon hows the progress on the intake? I am also looking at going the exact same route, got the throttles and a chunk of alluminium to go through

Hey EGI, I'm just waiting on SuperC to finish off the drawing & then we'll have the intake flange cut & then it will just be the welding left to do!

You can try Multiweld in Parow, we're planning to use someone that SuperC knows, I'm not sure what the oom's name is

So the manifold/adapter was never completed?but let's see what's left of it, amybe I'll pick it up from there

The only part that's left is the flange on the intake that the throttles bolt to.

The flange that was originally part of the intake.

So if you have a set of throttles, we just cut the flange that the throttles bolted to.

Hi d-mon is the flange in use?reason being I also want to chop mine but wanted to maybe see if it will actually work for my build before I go ahead!
