The Box on the left is from an e36 316i BM and the one on the right is e30 318i box BM My dad has a broken first gear on his e36 and I removed a perfectly good gearbox from my e30. Wondering if i could swap the e30 gearbox into the e36...I know its difficult to tell by sight but do they look interchangeable? |

There seem to be differences, but not where it matters, I guess try and see? |
