my 200sx het die naweek twee keer met my uit gesny ,maar die kar vrek nie dit is amper of hy sonder petrol wil vrek. Ek het net n paar keer die petrol gepomp en dan idel hy weer reg dan kan ek sonder proebleem verder ry. Wat kan die oorsaak van dit wees?

You still running stock ecu?
I've had a similar issue where the car wants to stall, is jerky at certain rpm and when I clutch the idle drops to below 500rpm before idling normal.
This is usually a sign of a failing pump but I fitted a new walbro 2 months ago.
I ended up changing fuel filter, stock regulator, reset tps and timing.
Only drove the car this morning to work and it seems that the jerkyness might be gone. Still have the idle drop on clutching but I suspect that to be the MAF.

ek het n walbro 255 in en die kar loop nou so 4 maande met hom. Hy sny uit op lae RPM so van 1800- 2000 RPM

Yep, same symptoms I've been having last 2 weeks.
Not always the car would jerk, sometimes it would just hold back and not accellerate.
Do what I suggested and see what the results are.

I still have a stock regulator that I just swapped out for another I had laying around.
I'm not too clued up on the after market fpr's
Maybe someone can help out here?
Did you check your tps settings?

Die kar idle nou maar wil nie op rev nie. Het toe die STD fuel regulator op gesit maar is die selfde. So nou gaan n ander TB op sit en kyk of dit die probleem op los. Het iemand die pin out's vir die TBS vir my?

auzone 0 280 122 019 Bosch sensor.




Kan dit miskien die MAP sensor wat die k@k maak?

Hoekom ek vra is omdat dit die simptome is van 'n foutiewe pickup sensor op die Spitronics.

Spitronics rev nie op as die sensor foutief is nie.
My broer se BMW e30 325 wou nie start nie en hy het die FPR vervang, injectors laat service en als, en toe op die einde was dit die crank angle sensor.
Ek weet ook dat van die Sentras se heads kraak tussen die ports dan kom daar exhaust gas by die inlet ports in.

Maar as hulle MAP sensors het kan dit stukkende vacume pypies ook wees, omdat MAP tussen idle en omtrent 2000 rpm die reading doen op meeste ECU's.

Die probleem met stock ECU is dat dit enige iets kan wees, omdat die ECU al die sensors se lesings gebruik om die engine te stel.
Dit kan die MAF, die MAP, die lambda of die TPS wees.
Die stock ECU gebruik al die sensors net om die air fuel ratio reg te hou.
As een sensor verkeerde lesing gee dan loop die engine te ryk of te arm en al manier om die fout te kry is met 'n diagnostic computer om die sensors se output lesings te kry of om die sensors een vir een uit te plug en kyk of daar 'n verskil is in die idle is of hoe hy ry.

Mens koop die OBDII cables en software op Bidorbuy waarmee mens die errors op die ECU kan lees en clear.

As dit die pomp was dan sal die kar even meer jerky word na 3000 rpm.

Start by checking the vancume lines to the MAP. If it was the MAF or lambda the fuel usage would be much more than normal and you would smell the car running rich on idle.

For what it's worth, call Kokkie of Kokkies's Auto services on 012 804 9416 and explain to him what's going on, he might have an answer.

Ek gaan eers die vacuum pype kyk en n nuwe pickup op sit, want die kar is nog als baie ryk as hy idle.

Ek het op gelees oor die 200sx en almal moan oor die probleem. Die meeste sê dis die MAF (air flow) sensor.

Die ouens op ander forums sê dat as een sensor nie werk nie dan gebruik die ECU general data in daai sensor se plek.

Sit 'n piggy back chip op dan kry jy data van die chip af. Iets soos 'n Uni Q of iets.

Tiaan, RB25's kom nie met 60-2 standaard uit nie, weet nie of jy dit geweet het nie. Die motor het hy in die kar ingebou nadat die ou motor opgepak het of iets, so hy het lankal nie meer 'n standaard ECU in nie. Ek dink hy het Dicktator in as ek reg kan onthou... :lol:

Ek probeer net eers daarvan seker maak voor 'n mens begin voorstelle maak, dit help soms meer om eers alles te weet en dan te probeer idees gee. :thumb:

Voor jy die sensors en goed begin vervang, check net dalk of die 60-2 se sensor gap reg is, hy moet so tussen 0.3 en 0.5mm wees anders gaan jy probleme kry. Die kar het mos al voorheen reg geloop, so dit kan nie wees dat dit dalk die drade is wat interference optel en jy dalk shielded wire moet insit van die sensor af nie.
